검색을 해보니까 Android API 와 BuildToolsVersion 이 안맞아서 그런 것 같다.
해결 방법
1. android > build.gradle 의 dependencies
- classpath 'com.android.tools.build:gradle:7.0.1'
2. android > gradle > wrapper > gradle-wrapper.properties
